BP issued 0.66 new ADR's for each AN, equivalent to 3.97 ordinary BP shares, as each ADR = 6 ordinary shares. Acquired BURMAH CASTROL PLC (BURMY) July 7, 2000 for 16.75 Sterling per share. Sir John Browne, CEO since 1995, out May 1, 2007 amid allegations from a former boyfriend. Next CEO, Tony Hayward, out July 27, 2010 after mishandling the spill. Fatal explosion at the Texas City, Texas, refinery in 2005.
