Own, operate and develop sand reserves and related excavation and processing facilities. A 561-acre facility with integrated rail infrastructure near Wyeville, Wisconsin has capacity to process 1,600,000 tons of frac sand per year. Monocrystalline sand is a specialized mineral used as a “proppant” to enhance the recovery rates of hydrocarbons from oil and natural gas wells. IPO at $17 August 15, 2012.
