Agreed to be acquired for $2 billion in cash by UNIVERSAL HEALTH SERVICES INC. (UHS) May 17, 2010. Holders receive $33.75 per share and UHS will assume $1.1 billion in net debt. Formerly, PMR CORP. (PMRP) Develops and manages psychiatric partial hospitalization programs, which are ambulatory treatment programs designed for patients with serious mental disorders not typically treated in an outpatient clinic setting. Secondary sold 3.45 million shares at $33.70 December 14, 2004. Secondary sold 3.5 million shares at $50.24 September 14, 2005. Acquired Horizon Health for $321 million, $20 per HORC, June 1, 2007.
