Raised $82.8 million, selling 3.6 million shares, 17% of the outstanding. Lead Manager: Lehman Brothers. Atlas Pipeline Partners agreed to sell Elk City System for $682 million to Enbridge Energy Partners July 28, 2010, to eliminate senior secured debt and significantly deleverage balance sheet.
